CDP Theatre Producers Pty Ltd ("CDP") is committed to protecting your privacy. The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website, your interactions with CDP and the collection and use of your personal information by CDP.

1. Privacy and Security 

CDP collects your personal information and usage information to process your transaction, for internal review, or to assist in providing or improving the website and CDP's service, or to share with other people or organisations who assist CDP in providing our product to you. We may also disclose your personal information to a third party or distributor to enable the delivery of goods or services to you. Otherwise we do not disclose personal information unless we are required by law, regulation, an applicable industry code, for safety reasons or where we reasonably believe that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or are engaged in illegal activities. If you do not want CDP to forward commercial information relating to our products or services which CDP believes may be of interest to you please opt out by contacting info@cdp.com.au

CDP does not hold your credit/debit card information. This information is directed to PayPal who ensure the highest security for the processing of your credit/debit card transactions. Data is encrypted for the customer's safety. CDP cannot be held responsible for a security failure originated with PayPal or other suppliers. PayPal guarantee details will not be used fraudulently.



2. Conditions of Purchase 

In ordering from CDP it is assumed that you have read, understood and accepted the conditions of purchase as listed below: 

Credit/Debit Card Payment: 
The customer's card is debited at the time of processing the purchase. After reviewing order details, the customer may opt to proceed to payment. The customer will then be linked to PayPal. After entering their credit card details the customer receives a message as to the success or failure of their transaction.

Shipping and Delivery Policy 
CDP ships goods Australia wide with Australia Post. Postage & Handling costs are influenced by weight and location. Orders are process within 1-3 business days and shipping times are estimated at up to 10 business days depending on your location within Australia. All items are offsite and are not available for purchase from head office. CDP is not open to the public.

Pricing Policy 
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. Any order originated and processed via the Australian URL is processed in Australian dollars (AUD). 

Cancellation 
You may cancel your order, in part or in whole, within 24 hours of ordering by contacting us at info@cdp.com.au or calling +61 2 9011 5260, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (AEST). 

Once you cancel an order any sums due to you will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to Returns and Refunds below.

Returns and Refunds 
Refunds and returns are not accepted by CDP unless the customer has received an unordered item, or an item damaged in transit, or a faulty item. We aim to provide replacement copies of undelivered or returned items when requested, but CDP is only obligated to refund purchase costs. Please note that CDP will not refund returns postage and packing charges: 

Please do the following: 

  • Make a note for your reference of the order number and item number/ISBN(s) given on the dispatch form.

  • Contact CDP at info@cdp.com.au with a details of required return/ refund and await confirmation.

  • Return the item(s) with the original dispatch note in the original packaging. 



3. Copyright 

Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on this CDP website including text, images, audio, video, computer code and software, as well as CDP logos and trademarks, are the copyright and sole property of CDP and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates or related companies. Unauthorised use is an infringement of Australian and foreign intellectual property laws. 

Except for personal reference, content may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, modified, posted, sold, reused, translated or distributed in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of CDP. If you wish to obtain permission to use material from the website, please contact us at info@cdp.com.au .

Due effort has been made to contact copyright holders of material that appears on the website. If we have been unable to contact you, please write to info@cdp.com.au so that we may rectify the position.
